The agreement for your purchase

By placing an order at piovnme.com, you acknowledge that these purchase terms and the other policies made available on the website apply. Unless law requires otherwise, the version in effect at the time of ordering generally governs that transaction. Revised terms may be posted on this page.

Review the listing and the amount due

We take reasonable care to present descriptions, photos, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, stock availability, and prices accurately. Lighting, display settings, or ordinary manufacturing differences may slightly change the appearance or color you see. Genuine errors may be corrected and product information updated as needed.

Orders are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Before payment, checkout shows product prices, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total. In providing payment details, you confirm the information is accurate and you are authorized to use that method.

How orders are assessed

Placing an order does not bypass reasonable checks of payment, inventory, delivery details, fraud risk, or legal restrictions. Payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material price or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or legal restrictions may reasonably require us to decline, limit, or cancel an order. If we cancel after collecting payment, an appropriate refund is made to the original payment method.

Delivery and after-purchase requests

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for further shipping conditions, tracking, international delivery, and delayed or missing parcels.

Eligible returns are available for 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under the Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before returning goods to obtain approval, instructions, and the correct return warehouse address. Send cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase; after processing or shipping preparation begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Promotions and lawful purchasing

An offer may set eligibility rules, exclusions, minimum spending, expiry dates, or other clearly communicated conditions. Unless stated otherwise, an offer cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to an order already completed.

Products are offered for lawful use. Fraudulent orders, unauthorized resale schemes, payment abuse, promotion misuse, interference with the website or checkout, and other unlawful activity are prohibited.

Responsibility and protected consumer rights

Where applicable law allows, PiovnMe™ and Guangzhou Yangkun Technology Co., Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, an order, or a product. These terms do not exclude or restrict statutory rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
